Norwins was not built by a software team that spotted a market opportunity. It was built by someone who grew up in a trade family, worked on the tools, and watched the same coordination failures repeat themselves across every property type: the missed calls, the unchased trades, the jobs that could have been managed properly if there had only been a process in place.
