Step One
Getting your property set up.
You sign up
Complete the short form and select your plan. We will be in touch within one working day to arrange your initial property inspection.
We visit your property
A Norwins inspector visits to assess condition, identify any immediate compliance requirements, and document the baseline state of the property. You receive a full written report.
Your property goes live
Your unique Norwins Care Card is installed. Your dashboard goes live. Your compliance calendar is set. From this point your property is actively managed.
Step Two
When something needs attention.
Every Norwins property has a unique NFC and QR Care Card displayed in the property. When a guest, tenant, or cleaner identifies an issue they tap or scan the card and complete a short form. No app required. No account needed. Takes under a minute.
Every report submitted to Norwins is reviewed by a real person within two hours during operating hours. Nothing sits unread. Nothing gets lost. Every job has a named owner from the moment it is reported. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Reports received outside these hours are actioned from 8am the next working day and an automated acknowledgement is sent immediately so the reporter knows it has been received.
Step Three
Every job is assessed before anything moves.
Emergency
Unsafe or uninhabitable. Burst pipe, gas issue, total power failure. Two hour response target within operating hours.
Urgent
Significant impact but not immediately unsafe. Heating failure in winter, water ingress, electrics down in part of property. 24 hour response target.
Routine
Standard maintenance. Dripping tap, loose door handle, general wear and tear. Five working day response target.
Step four
The right trade at the right time.
Once a job is triaged a vetted Norwins trade partner is assigned. You are notified immediately with the trade details, the estimated arrival window, and the job reference. You do not need to make any calls. You do not need to chase anyone. We handle all trade communication on your behalf.
Step five
Every job is closed with evidence.
Photo evidence
Every completed job includes timestamped photographic evidence of the work carried out. Stored permanently in your dashboard.
Audit trail
A full record of every job from report to completion. Accessible at any time. Exportable for insurance claims, deposit disputes, or compliance queries.
You are notified
Once a job is marked complete you receive a notification with a summary, the cost, and a link to the full job record in your dashboard.
Always in the background
Compliance managed before it becomes a problem.
Norwins tracks every compliance certificate and inspection date for your property. Gas safety renewals, EICR due dates, PAT testing schedules, all monitored and reminded in advance. You receive reminders at six weeks and four weeks before any certificate is due. Your annual Norwins compliance visit is scheduled automatically. You never need to remember a date.
